ApplyBot is an AI-powered job application assistant available via Telegram. The service generates cover letters, provides interview preparation, follow-up email writing, and salary negotiation coaching based on user-provided resume data and job postings.

Use of Service

By using ApplyBot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your CV/resume
• Use generated content responsibly and review it before sending to employers
• Not use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

AI-Generated Content

All cover letters, interview responses, and other content generated by ApplyBot are AI-produced suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use. ApplyBot does not guarantee employment outcomes.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 cover letters, 1 interview prep session, and 2 follow-up emails per calendar month
• Pro subscription: Billed monthly at the listed price. Cancel anytime.
• Single purchases: Non-refundable once the content has been generated
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, contact us for a case-by-case review.

Limitation of Liability

ApplyBot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of generated content. We are not liable for any employment decisions, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
